Solid colors or a theme. those are your choices.

try a Tuscan villa, or a roman bath. outfit your bathroom in stone, add archways and decorate your corners with simulated columns. change flooring to a stone or stone like vinyl. in order to complete this theme, you are talking about quite a bit of change as well as $.

Something simple would be solid color schemes. A yellow and purple combination. Purple rugs, yellow shower curtains, purple and yellow sheer curtain swags, pictures of sunflowers or violets. ECT. you get the picture. that would be much cheaper.

Sometimes less is more. but solid color works, one color, two or even three. but unless you have a full theme like the one above, don’t use prints. they just confuse the eyes.

Try a military grey all over the room including tiles, either metallic paint on the toilet and sinks or splash out on metal ones. Shower curtains (if you have them) should be a simple colour, light grey or white. Windows that have the square wire mesh inside or tinted windows.

as an A grade produt design student specialising in interior design i say that this idea is horrible. Your house reflects on you. A nice bathroom design would be a greek theme.
Mahogany and white coloured tiles to go in the shape of a square spira ( largely used in greek architecture ) that picture isn’t the best i could find but it gives an idea of the shape. White or brown carpet, or stained waxed floorboards, as for the walls go for a nice magnolia or terracotta with the occaisional stencil of a spiral.

Just dont start saying THIS IS SPARTA!
